1 Overview

Slosh ("the Application", "we", "our") is designed as a standalone, offline simulation app for Wear OS devices. We believe that privacy is a fundamental right. This Privacy Policy details how the Application operates with respect to your information.

The short version: We do not collect, track, store, or sell any of your personal data or activity. The simulation runs locally on your watch.

2 Data Collection & Analytics

The Application collects no personal data. Specifically:

  • We do not collect names, email addresses, device identifiers, or locations.
  • We do not use third-party analytics trackers, diagnostic telemetry SDKs, or advertising networks.
  • The application does not request network/internet access (android.permission.INTERNET).

3 Smartwatch Sensors & Hardware

To provide interactive physics and fluid motion on your wrist, the Application accesses local device hardware:

  • Accelerometer / Motion Sensors: Used strictly in real-time to compute gravity vectors and fluid surface waves. Sensor data is processed entirely in volatile device memory (RAM) and is never saved, recorded, or transmitted.
  • Haptics & Vibration: Used locally to provide tactile feedback on screen interactions.

4 In-App Purchases & Billing

Optional feature unlocks and in-app purchases are handled entirely and securely through Google Play In-App Billing.

We do not have access to, receive, or store your credit card, banking, or billing details. All financial transactions are governed strictly by the Google Play Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

5 Children's Privacy

The Application does not collect information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. It is fully compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and international privacy frameworks.

6 Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time if new features are added. Any updates will be posted to this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
